About Us
WHO ARE WE?
We are a large group of organisations and individuals from all over Cheetham and Crumpsall. Our volunteers and organisations work and/or live locally, caring for members of our community. As a group we welcome people of different faiths, races, sexualities, gender identities and abilities.

WHAT IS CHEETHAM CULTURAL FESTIVAL?
Cheetham Cultural Festival is an annual festival celebrating one of the most diverse areas in the UK - Cheetham Hill.
Every Spring we host our Spring Fling, an afternoon of activities, music, food and dance. This is the warm up to the main festival.
Every September we host the main festival, where many of our incredible local organisations open their doors to provide activities for local residents and attendees. Our opening ceremony is hosted by a local school and all schools get involved. The closing ceremony is held on the Sunday at the Ukrainian Centre where we hold a food festival and have music and dance performances.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
We are always happy to welcome new people to the team. If you are an individual who would like to get involved - we have various different ways in which you can help. From flyering, to helping organisations deliver their activities. If you are a local organisation that would like to be part of the festival then we'd love to hear your ideas.
